You can do Pilates every day! It is not a method of exercise from which you need to recover. Most people take a class or a session 1-3 times a week. We recommend a minimum of once a week to retain information and progress.
Of course you can! One of the amazing things about Pilates is that it really appropriate for everyone. Women, men, young, old, healthy, or rehabbing an injury: Pilates has lot benefits for every body.

Yes, we do! New special introduction offers only for new clients, or clients who have not returned to the studio in over one year. At this first session you can feel the effects of our equipment and teaching techniques, gain awareness of how our programs help you achieve your goals and determine your next step toward achieving your goals.
Pilates practice has lot of benefits because include various stimulus to our body. Increasing balance, posture, flexibility, physical strength, core control with dynamic and energetic movement. The Pilates classes are designed to achieve a well-conditioned body and optimal physical strength and flexibility always focusing on individual’s own personal goals.

Joseph Pilates said, “In 10 sessions, you feel better; 20 sessions, you look better; 30 sessions, you have a completely new body.”

The more often you do Pilates, the more quickly and intensely you see and feel a difference in your body.

With time and practice the results are longer, leaner muscles, a healthier spine, better posture, and more efficient function movement.

We recommend regular athletic wear. Most people wear sweatpants or leggings with a t-shirt or athletic top. If you wear shorts, we recommend longer “biker” length shorts. You do not need shoes, but we do recommend that you wear grip socks for your Pilates workout.
Yes! Joseph Pilates was a man! We have a lot of men practicing Pilates! Many men find it improves their golf games, tight hamstrings, and overall posture alignment corrections that lack of flexibility has them feeling immobile, tight, and heavy.
The Reformer/Apparatus is a primary piece of equipment used in Pilates, invented by Joseph Pilates. It is a small bed-like structure with a carriage on wheels that uses springs, pulleys, and straps for resistance. This apparatus provides challenge and support in the execution of a Pilates exercise.
The Pilates tower is also known as the half trapeze from Cadillac equipment. Reformer Tower classes allow your body to move in a completely different way – and they feel very different. As the angle of pull on the springs is quite different to the reformer the same exercises – feet in straps can feel very different and emphasize different muscles. A Pilates tower class will cover work all the major muscles groups, work on muscular endurance, spinal mobility, and flexibility.  The tower will allow you to move your body in new ways so is a great way to shake up your Pilates practice giving you new insight and you get more out of the exercise on the reformer.

There are multiple benefits of sharing a class. First, it is more economical that private sessions … that means that you can practice more often if budget is a concern. Also, it is fun to do pilates with others for inspiration and motivation. You can meet new people and create lasting relationships.

At first is more economical than private session, so you can practice more class per week (more and faster results). You can have a fun with your friends, family or make some new friends. and the most incredible benefits is to have someone to push you up, to incentive and share this progress with you. And the most important point, still allow for individual assessment and guidance the instructor!

Pilates method is the best to increase your body awareness because is a very mindful form of exercise. The classes encourage you to feel what is happening to your body as you perform the exercises. The Pilates practice help us to be more present in the body as we go about our daily life and be more mindful of how we physically move through the world.
